A mystery for the Maid.

A deep space distress call brought the Maid (Time Lord, Celestial Interventionist Agency operative, copy of Clara Oswald, and fetishist) to a Klavarian freighter adrift between stars. The Klavarians were a peace loving race of unusually short humanoids. It was a rare experience for her to have to stoop to avoid banging her head, although the heels were partially responsible there.

But where was the crew? There should be more than two hundred on board a ship of this size. And what had caused all the scratching on metal surfaces? There was a mystery here, one the Maid was determined to solve.
